Stear Support Trucking

IT consulting for logistics

Your trucks are on time.Your systems aren’t.

Stear Support Trucking is an IT consultancy for logistics companies. We connect the warehouse, transport, tracking and accounting systems you already run, so an order flows from intake to invoice without anyone retyping it — and everyone can see where the freight is.

What we do

Six places where logistics IT either pays for itself or quietly costs you money.

Modern logistics runs on software. Every delay, lost shipment and re-keyed order has a system behind it. We work on all six areas below — most engagements start with one.

WMSTMS

Supply chain systems

Warehouse, transport and inventory software that matches how your operation actually runs. We specify it, select it, configure it, and then keep tuning until picking, loading and dispatch stop fighting each other.

  • Warehouse management (WMS) selection and rollout
  • Transport management (TMS) and dispatch boards
  • Inventory accuracy and cycle counting
  • Route optimisation and load planning
APIEDI

System integration

Your ERP, CRM, shipping platform and customer portal should exchange data without a human in the middle. We build the connections that let an order flow straight through to picking, shipping and invoicing.

  • API development and third-party integrations
  • EDI connections with carriers and customers
  • Data synchronisation between platforms
  • Retiring the spreadsheets holding it together
GPSIOT

Tracking and visibility

Customers expect to know exactly where their shipment is. Dispatchers get a live picture of the fleet, customers get a tracking link, and your support inbox stops filling with “where is it?”.

  • GPS fleet tracking and telematics
  • IoT sensors for temperature and cargo condition
  • Real-time dashboards for dispatch
  • Customer tracking portals and notifications
BICOST

Reporting and cost control

Shipment, fuel and warehouse data turned into numbers your managers act on. We build the pipelines and the dashboards, and we make the figures reconcile with accounting before anyone presents them.

  • Cost per load, per lane, per customer
  • On-time delivery and dwell time reporting
  • Carrier and driver performance scorecards
  • Automated weekly and monthly reporting
AUTOMATION

Workflow automation

Manual handling is where the margin goes. We automate the repetitive steps around a load so your team spends its day on exceptions instead of paperwork.

  • Order intake and document capture
  • Proof of delivery and e-CMR handling
  • Automated invoicing and status updates
  • Exception alerts instead of manual checking
SECURITYCLOUD

Security and infrastructure

Cloud, backups, access control and incident response for a business that cannot afford a day offline. Includes how driver and customer data is handled under GDPR, and readiness before an audit or a tender.

  • Cloud migration and server consolidation
  • Backup, failover and disaster recovery
  • Access control and account hygiene
  • GDPR handling and audit preparation

How we work

Four steps, in this order, every time.

The sequence matters. Most failed logistics IT projects start at step three — buying software before anyone mapped the work it was meant to replace.

  1. 011–2 weeks

    Audit

We sit with dispatch, the warehouse and accounts, follow one order end to end, and write down every place a human retypes something or picks up the phone to find out.

  2. 021 week

    Blueprint

You get a written plan: which systems stay, which go, what connects to what, what it costs, and the order to do it in. Priced and scoped before any code is written.

  3. 034–12 weeks

    Build

We configure the systems and build the integrations in stages, so something useful goes live early and the business keeps running while we work.

  4. 04Ongoing

    Handover

Your team is trained, the setup is documented, and we stay reachable for support. No black boxes, and nothing that only we know how to fix.

About us

We speak logistics first and software second.

Stear Support Trucking was set up to fix a specific, expensive problem: logistics companies buy good software and still end up with staff copying data between screens. The technology is rarely the issue. The gaps between systems are.

We work as an independent consultancy, which means no software vendor pays us a commission and we have no product to sell you. Our recommendation is whatever survives contact with your loading bay — sometimes that is a new platform, and often it is two integrations and a change to how a process runs.

We work with freight forwarders, carriers, warehouse operators and distribution businesses across Lithuania and the wider EU, in English and Lithuanian.

  • Independent

    No vendor commissions

  • Operational

We work on your floor, not from a deck

  • Documented

    You own everything we build

Who you deal with

Two people run this business and both are reachable directly. You talk to whoever is doing the work — not an account manager relaying it.

Describe the bottleneck — a system that will not talk to another, a report nobody trusts, a process still run on paper. First call is free and takes about thirty minutes.
